The crowd sang the Star Spangled Banner.
Then Justin Richie, a U.S. Army Veteran, delivered the invocation.

The VFW Post 4346 Honor Guard presented a flag-folding demonstration, detailing the meaning of the 13 folds.
The guest speaker was Toccoa Police Chief Bruce Carlisle, who shared a message about the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve the country’s freedoms.
The program concluded with a benediction by Richie, the VFW Post 4346 Honor Guard doing a 21-gun salute, and the playing of taps.
