On April 16 and 17, the Stephens County Board of Commissioners held a retreat at Gate Cottage of Toccoa Falls College to work on the fiscal year 2027 budget. Stephens County Commission Chair Chris Rickman gives details.
The Stephens County Commission will hold public hearings on the proposed fiscal year 2027 budget in the coming months. The fiscal year runs July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
