The Stephens County Board of Commissioners discussed proposed changes to the Land Use Ordinance at their meeting on Tuesday, April 28. Commissioners unanimously approved the clarification of requirements for accessory structures, explains Stephens County Administrator Christian Hamilton.
However, Commissioners voted to postpone the other proposed change to the Land Use Ordinance concerning data centers, explains Hamilton.
The Stephens County Board of Commissioners will call a work session in the coming weeks, so public notice will be provided, and the community will be encouraged to meet with Commissioners to give their thoughts on data centers.
