Ms. Carolyn Parks, age 65, of Toccoa, Ga, passed away April 17, 2026.

Public viewing will be Thursday, April 23, 2026, 3pm-6pm, at Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home.

There will be a Celebration of Life service Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:00pm, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Carolyn Parks.
