A Jefferson man has been charged with two counts of sexual battery after he allegedly improperly touched a nurse while he was hospitalized in Braselton Wednesday morning.
HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:
“At approximately 7:20, Hall County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton about a patient making nonconsensual sexual contact with a nurse.
According to the initial investigation, Ralph Kenny Williams, 68, grabbed the victim’s buttocks while she was attending to him on Tuesday night… On Wednesday morning, Williams grabbed the breast of the same nurse, 20, while she was attending to him with another nurse.
Deputies obtained warrants for Williams and arrested him later Wednesday morning following his release from the hospital. They transported him to the Hall County Jail where he remains held on $11,400 bond.”
