Week 9 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue with the New Orleans Saints heading west to battle the Los Angeles Rams at 4:05 p.m. ET on FOX.
The Rams are fresh off their bye week and were last seen pummeling the Jaguars in a 35-7 victory in London two weeks ago. Tight end Tyler Higbee had a few grabs in that blowout win and we’ll see if he can get some more looks his way this afternoon.
Below, we’ll go over Higbee’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 9.
Fantasy Football analysis: Rams TE Tyler Higbee
Higbee caught three of six targets for 19 yards in their victory over the Rams two weeks ago. His performance wasn’t anything to write home about and that’s been more or less what he’s offered up all season long, producing just one 40-yard game with one touchdown. The Saints are only yielding 7.9 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends, so even a matchup against the NFC’s worst team doesn’t portend Higbee seing a bump in production.

Sit. Unless you’re absolutely strapped for tight end options this week, keep Higbee buried on the bench. In fact, go ahead and try to find other options off the waiver wire to replace him.
