Two people were arrested on Oct. 10 after a traffic stop in Rabun County led to the seizure of narcotics.
The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office said deputies saw a Ford Escape driving erratically and committing multiple traffic violations while traveling north on GA 15.
During the traffic stop, deputies reportedly smelled marijuana and observed drugs and paraphernalia in plain view.
Nearly seven to eight ounces of suspected methamphetamine, over an ounce of marijuana, ecstasy tablets, and drug paraphernalia were allegedly found during a search of the vehicle.
