Welcome to Thanksgiving’s five day NFL weekend! We’ve got football coming out our ears and every orifice you can imagine. We’ve got some pretty stout defenses doing business this year, but the Texans look like the real deal. They are winning games with Davis Mills at the helm and it’s all the defense’s doing. They get a tough matchup with the Colts this weekend, but there’s no doubt they can get the job done. They might not be the ‘85 Bears, but it would be fun to watch them buck the trend of top offenses beating out top defenses.
Week 13 byes
None.
D/ST streamer of the week
Los Angeles Chargers D/ST vs Raiders
The Chargers are coming off their bye, which makes it a little easier to find them on waivers. So, they’ll be rested and they get a home game against Geno Smith and the Raiders. The Raiders have been awful. So awful that they fired their OC Chip Kelly when they probably need to fire their quarterback. The Browns got to the QB 10 times last week and in their last three, the Raiders have given up 20 sacks. It’s ugly and the Chargers should be able to take advantage.
