The Toccoa Police Department has made arrests following an investigation into a shooting that occurred on March 10 on Wood Street, says Toccoa Police Chief Bruce Carlisle.
22-year-old Zachary Mulwee of Toccoa, who is affiliated with the Sex Money Murder set of the Bloods criminal street gang, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule 3 Controlled Substance. 19-year-old Hayden Setren of Toccoa, who was wanted in connection with the shooting, turned himself in on Monday and has been charged with Aggravated Assault. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Toccoa Police make Arrests following Gang-Related Shooting Investigation on Wood Street
The Toccoa Police Department has made arrests following an investigation into a shooting that occurred on March 10, 2026, on Wood Street.
Through an extensive investigation, authorities determined the incident to be potentially gang-related. As a result, investigators executed multiple search warrants as part of ongoing efforts to identify those involved and remove illegal firearms and narcotics from the community.
During the course of the investigation, Zachary Mulwee, 22, of Toccoa, who is affiliated with the Sex Money Murder set of the Bloods criminal street gang, was taken into custody and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule 3 Controlled Substance. Additional gang-related charges are pending.
Hayden Setren,19 of Toccoa, who was wanted in connection with the shooting, turned himself in to the Stephens County Jail on March 23, 2026. Setren has been charged with Aggravated Assault.
Chief Bruce Carlisle said, “This type of violent, gang-related activity has no place in our community. Our investigators worked tirelessly to identify those involved and take swift action. We will continue to pursue individuals who engage in this kind of behavior and hold them accountable. Let this serve as a warning, if you bring violence into our city, we will respond with strong enforcement and continued pressure.”
