The sister of Rebecca Park is out of a Michigan jail.

Kimberly Park was released from the Wexford County Jail on Wednesday, Dec. 3, after posting bail, an employee at the facility tells PEOPLE.

PEOPLE has also learned that Rebecca’s fiancé Richard Falor was also released from the same facility on Wednesday after he posted bail as well.

Both Kimberly, 21, and Falor, 43, were released one day after Rebecca’s mother Cortney Bartholomew and stepfather Bradly Bartholomew were charged with murdering the expectant mother, who was 38 weeks pregnant when she went missing just before midnight on Nov. 3.

Rebecca’s body was discovered on Nov. 25 in the Manistee National Forest, three days after she was due to give birth to her first child.

Just a few hours later, Kimberly was arrested and booked into custody in the early morning hours of Nov. 26.

She was arraigned later that day on charges of tampering with evidence, lying to a police officer and filing a false report, according to records obtained by PEOPLE.

Law enforcement and prosecutors declined to comment on what those charges were related to, or why the judge set her bail at $750,000, an amount that is reserved almost exclusively for individuals who commit violent felonies or are wealthy.

Falor was also arraigned in the same courtroom on two counts of delivering methamphetamine, according to records obtained by PEOPLE.

The judge then set his bail at $1 million for reasons that remain unclear.

On Wednesday, that amount was reduced to $5,000 for both Kimberly and Falor, and, after posting 10% of their bail, both were released after spending a week in jail.

Kimberly is now on house arrest, and as a condition of her release, she will be required to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet at all times.

She will be back in court on Dec. 9 for a probable cause hearing.

Falor is not subject to house arrest or GPS monitoring as a condition of his release, but will be back in court on Dec. 9 as well for a preliminary hearing in his case.

As a repeat offender, Falor is facing the possibility of life in prison if convicted on those drug charges.

Amid the mystery surrounding Rebecca’s death, Cortney was arrested and accused of her daughter’s murder.

Wexford County Prosecutor Johanna Carey said in court this week that Rebecca was still alive when her mother and stepfather cut her unborn child out of her womb.

That came after the two allegedly stabbed and tortured the 22-year-old in an act that Carey described as “evil personified.”

She said that Rebecca had been murdered by the couple after they lured her to their home on Nov. 3.

Cortney and Bradly then “forced [Rebecca] into another vehicle and took her into the woods where they stabbed her, forced her to lie on the ground while they cut her baby out, and ultimately caused her death and the death of the baby.”

Rebecca was then left to die in the woods in what Carey said was a “case of premeditated torture and murder.”

Cortney and Bradly are now charged with one count each of first-degree murder, felony murder, torture, conspiracy to commit torture, assault on a pregnant individual causing miscarriage/stillbirth and conspiracy to commit assault on a pregnant individual causing miscarriage/stillbirth.

They are also charged with one count each of unlawful imprisonment and removal of a dead body.

Cortney and Bradly were arrested on Dec. 1 and booked into the same facility that held Kimberly and Falor.

The Bartholomews have yet to enter pleas and their public defenders did not respond to requests for comment.

Cortney posted a video on her Facebook page showing her son saying his mother was home when he went to bed on the night of Nov. 3 and was also home when he woke up the following morning.
