“RHOM”’s Stephanie Shojaee Reveals 2 Cosmetic Procedures She Had After Her First Season, Calling 1 ‘Life-Changing’

Stephanie Shojaee is getting candid about the work she’s had done.

The 40-year-old reality star, who was officially introduced as a full-time The Real Housewives of Miami cast member during season 7 this summer, revealed at BravoCon 2025 that she recently got two cosmetic surgeries.

During a panel alongside her RHOM cast members on Saturday, Nov. 15, Shojaee revealed that while in Las Vegas for the annual, three-day convention, she was “showing” off some cleavage — which looked a bit different, thanks to a recent procedure.

When asked what “Vegas Steph” looks like during the panel, the new Housewife said, “She’s wild. I’m out here drinking. I’m showing boobies — I got them done not long ago.”

Shojaee’s breast augmentation also has a special connection to castmate Larsa Pippen, the latter Housewife revealed moments later.

“Stephanie and I became friends and she’s a whole new person. She went to my boob doctor and now she looks like a slut,” Pippen, 51, joked of her costar’s procedure.

The following day, as BravoCon continued in Sin City, Shojaee revealed in a different panel that she got another procedure done prior to the fan convention.

“I did under-chin lipo a couple months ago and it was life-changing,” she revealed during a “Housewife2Housewife” panel on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Plus, Shojaee added, she also “did a bunch of laser” along with the chin liposuction. Specifically, she underwent a CO2 laser resurfacing procedure — which doctors use as a tool for “reversing visible signs of aging,” according to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

“Yeah, I had the CO2 laser, which was amazing,” she later clarified, “but for the neck I had a lower face lift.”

Elsewhere during Shojaee’s first-ever BravoCon appearances, the new Housewife opened up about her public image. 

“For sure the biggest misconception about me is that I only care about money,” the star said during the Sunday panel. “I have the biggest heart. I am so giving. I do really like money, but that’s not the only thing I like. I work really hard. I’m at the office every single day, Monday through Monday. I’m addicted to work. I’m very disciplined.”

“I’m just very, very ambitious and I really like nice things, but I do care about a lot of other things,” added the RHOM star. “My family, my friends, giving, making people happy.”
