An annexation and rezoning request for an 81-lot single-family subdivision in South Hall is on the agenda for Thursday’s Flowery Branch City Council (FBCC) meeting.
There are two parcels involved and the applicant, Highpoint Development, is proposing that both be rezoned from Hall County AR-1 (Agricultural-Residential) and R-1 (Residential) to Flowery Branch Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND).
They are at 4651 Hog Mountain Road, 16 acres, and 4665 Hog Mountain Road, four acres.
