New Mexico man allegedly shot two people dead after receiving ‘encrypted message’ to kill in a cockroach

Alexis Hernandez, 25, bizarrely claimed that he had received an “encrypted message in a cockroach” that told him to kill one of the men and had been “hearing creepy voices coming from the vents.”
