Newsweek has recognized New Horizons Limestone and New Horizons Lanier Park on its list of “America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026.”
New Horizons Limestone is part of Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS).
New Horizons Lanier Park was included as well since both facilities share a provider number from the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The annual ranking highlights facilities across the nation that excel in clinical quality, safety, resident satisfaction, accreditations and peer recommendations.
“This recognition reflects the incredible dedication of our long-term care teams at both Limestone and Lanier Park,” said Kerry Smith, executive director of Long-Term Care for NGHS.
“Every day, our staff demonstrates compassion and commitment to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care in an environment where they can thrive.”
