Jennifer Lopez has been working on her fitness.
On Nov. 22, the Kiss of the Spider Woman star, 56, shared photos showing off her sporty style while sporting a skin-tight white long-sleeve, leggings and a matching baseball cap with the letter “J” embroidered on the front.
In the caption, Lopez quipped, “Can’t stop the J Glow ✨.”
Lopez is no stranger to showing off her workout routines and toned abs on social media. In May, on the same day as the Met Gala, she posted a mirror selfie that highlighted her prominent abs and chic athleisure style.
At the time, she captioned the post, “Push today so you glow tomorrow,” with sparkle and bicep emojis as a nod to her hard work in the gym.
The sporty looks are a contrast from her glamorous appearances on red carpets. Most recently, she donned a sculptural ball gown from Tamara Ralph’s fall 2025 couture collection at the Governors Awards on Nov. 16, pairing the fashion-forward dress with chic black gloves, pearl earrings and an elegant updo.

The “On the Floor” singer’s latest glimpse into her fit and fabulous life also comes over a year after she filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Ben Affleck. Since then, she’s made it clear that she was “excited” to be on her own and focus on herself.
“It’s a lifelong process,” Lopez told comedian Nikki Glaser of her journey to self-discovery during an interview with Interview magazine in October 2024. “I think that’s what I love about life: that there’s no arrival point. There’s only getting better and growing if you want to. It’s either growing or dying, and I don’t want to do the dying part.”

She added of her single era, “I’m excited, when you say you’re just going to be on your own. Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f—— do when it’s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?”
Aside from working out, the mom of two has been focusing on her acting career, having recently starred in her first movie musical adapted from the hit Broadway musical, Kiss of the Spider Woman.

“People, when they see you first as one thing, it’s hard for them to see you as something else,” Lopez told host Lee Cowan during a September episode of CBS News Sunday Morning, adding that she’s always struggled to be taken seriously in the world of acting. “You just have to show them. You can’t let that discourage you.”
“Maybe it’s just me in my own head,” she added. “I don’t know. I’ve always felt a bit of the underdog. Definitely misunderstood. But it comes with the territory of being in the public eye.”
She continued, “People are not gonna really know who you are, your heart. And then they see it and go, ‘Oh, that’s who she is,’ then they hear something and they go, ‘Oh, no, that’s not who she is.’ And they get confused. I get it. I understand.”
As for her dating life? While she’s never worried too much about keeping her romances out of the spotlight, Lopez recently shared that she wants to keep her relationships a bit more “quiet” in the future.
“After what’s happened in the past few years to me and my children, I just feel like I want to keep that part so much more quiet in my life,” she said on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show in October.
“It’s hard, because these are big moments in your life. You want to share them with everybody, and you think ‘That’s okay.’ But the truth is when you’re in this type of career and you have the type of level of fame that we’re talking about, there is a compromise,” she added. “There are adjustments that you do need to make, because it is a very blessed life.”
