Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue tonight with an AFC battle featuring the Pittsburgh Steelers heading west to visit the Los Angeles Chargers at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

The Chargers slipped past the lowly Titans in a 27-20 victory last Sunday, maintaining their positioning in the AFC Wild Card race at the midway point of the regular season. Running back Jaret Patterson has played a part in the offense over the past few weeks and we’ll see what his workload will look like for this primetime showdown.

Below, we’ll go over Patterson’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 10.

Fantasy Football analysis: Chargers RB Jaret Patterson

Patterson had nine carries for 44 yards on the ground in last week’s victory over the Titans, marking the second straight week where he gotten a healthy amount of touches for the offense. The former Commanders back was elevated from the practice squad a few weeks ago and it’s a bit of surprise to see him immediately play a role considering that he hadn’t recorded a single carry in a regular season game since 2022.

The fifth-year veteran is another hand to help out the Chargers’ injury-riddled running back room and he will presumably maintain his role as Kimani Vidal’s backup until Omarion Hampton returns. How many snaps he’ll get in the coming weeks remains to be seen.

Sit. Backup running backs haven’t produced much against the Steelers this season, so I wouldn’t rush to insert Patterson into my lineup for tonight. However, if he does have a strong performance, he becomes a stream-worthy waiver add for next week. Keep tabs on what he does this evening.

Sit.
