HARTWELL, Ga. — The Hartwell Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man reported missing earlier this month.
According to investigators, Darryl Richey was last seen at the Daynite Inn on Anderson Highway in Hartwell on Saturday, October 4. The department’s Criminal Investigations Division is now leading the search and is urging anyone who may have seen the person or has information about their whereabouts to come forward. Police say even small details could help move the case forward.
A flyer shared by the family is being circulated to assist in the search. Richey is 62 years old, 5’8 “tall, and weighs 175 pounds.
