A home in Hall County was destroyed in a Sunday night fire.
Hall County Fire Rescue responded to a residential fire on the 3500 block of Thorn Drive in Gainesville just after 10 p.m.
Upon arrival, units discovered a two-story residence on a crawl space fully involved with the fire.
HCFR had the assistance of the Gainesville Fire Department to douse the blaze. A primary search of the home was clear, and the American Red Cross was called to assist the displaced homeowners.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
