Habersham County Animal Care and Control (HCACC) is set to host their second annual Howl-Ween “Pawty”. This event hopes to raise funds for free and subsidized Spay/Neuter opportunities for owned pets in Habersham County
The event will be held at Fenders Alley, in downtown Cornelia on October 25th, 2025 from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm.
The director for HCACC, Madi Nix says, “We hope to have something for everyone! Local businesses have been very gracious in the donations they have made!”
The event will include live music from Slim and the Lenders who bring an outlaw country vibe to the evening. Also planned for the evening is a silent auction including hand crafted gift baskets featuring local businesses. Costumes are encouraged and there will be various costume contests with prizes.
A press release from HCACC adds that there is no entry or ticket fee. Donations are welcome prior to and at the event.
HCACC will accept donations of gift baskets for the auction and raffle, as well as for door prizes until Thursday October 23rd. Items may be brought to the Habersham County Animal Shelter located at 4231 B. Toccoa Highway, Clarkesville, GA 30523.
