The Gwinnett County Police Department asks the public for help in locating Dewayne Christon Winters, 21, of Duluth.
The police department stated that Winters was reported missing by his mother on Oct. 14.
Winters is 6 feet one inch tall and weighs around 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair.
Winters has several tattoos, including a spider on the back of his left hand, left arm sleeve, and a Houston Astros logo on the left side of his chest. Winters was last seen wearing all black clothing.
Winters was last known to be driving a 2007 blue Honda Accord displaying Texas tag PSS6592.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact GCPD detectives at (770) 513-5300.
