Construction is underway for a new 71,500 square foot Residence Inn by Marriott in Gainesville.
Ecker Construction is partnering with Capstone Property Group on the development of the five-story, 99 room hotel. Located off White Sulphur Road, the hotel will cater to extended stays and is being built near Interstate 985, close to the Lake Lanier Olympic Park and “The Coop” – J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex, Gainesville Parks & Recreation’s new baseball complex.
