A 26-year-old man remained in the Hall County Jail Monday afternoon following his weekend arrest on a charge of selling marijuana.
Michael Anthony Sanchez was arrested Sunday at Davis and Dorsey Streets, according to Gainesville Police spokesman Kevin Holbrook. “(Sanchez) did have 3.42 ounces of suspected marijuana, THC gummies, and firearm on person,” Holbrook wrote in an email.
Sanchez is being held without bond.
