OAKWOOD, Ga. – West Hall had 12 players in the scoring column en route to a 46-35 win over Johnson at home on Friday.
The Lady Spartans jumped out to a 15-9 lead in the first quarter, but Johnson rallied back to cut the lead to three points, 23-20, by halftime.
In the second half, Johnson cut the Lady Spartans’ lead to four points. West Hall outscored Johnson 25-15.
Aaliyah Jelks led West Hall with nine points, and Emily Adams chipped in seven to lead the two dozen West Hall scorers.
Emily Hernandez led Johnson with a career-high 21 points and was 15-of-20 from the foul line. , and Harbor Landers had 12.
