Gavin Casalegno and Wife Cheyanne Share Never-Before-Seen Footage from Their Surprise Wedding Last Year

Gavin and Cheyanne Casalegno are giving fans a deeper look at their private nuptials from last year, with the Summer I Turned Pretty actor, 26, sharing the couple’s wedding video on his YouTube channel on Nov. 20.

Last year, fans were shocked when the couple — who had seemingly been dating since 2023 — hard-launched their relationship by revealing that they had privately wed in an Instagram post.

“FOREVER CAPTIVATED BY YOU🕊️,” he captioned last year’s post, tagging his new bride.

Now, the couple is letting fans in on more details about their private nuptials. While Cheyanne, 23, has been sharing several details about the moments leading up to their wedding on social media, including her bachelorette party and their engagement party, Gavin recently shared a closer look at their wedding reception on his YouTube.

“From the day we said I do. Our best kept secret is no longer a secret and we are so honored to finally share it with you. To the love that changed our lives forever. – The Casalegnos,” he wrote in the caption of the video.

The video opens with drone footage of the couple’s venue, and Gavin can be heard speaking in a voiceover, in what seems to be vows from their ceremony.

“Cheyenne Ray King, from the second I met you, you had this glow on you,” said Gavin in the voiceover. “But I think the thing that caught my heart the most was your childlike faith and your joy.”

Continuing on, Gavin said, “Your joy is a powerful weapon. It can melt my heart on the saddest days and it can steal the noise in my mind on its busiest. It’s a joy that breaks past anything in its way. You have a smile and a joy that I know I will continue to melt to even when we’re old and gray.”

Throughout the video, the couple shared more looks at their celebration, including the moment that Cheyanne gifted Gavin a silver bracelet, the couple praying together before walking down the aisle (with their eyes closed, so as not to see each other before the ceremony), as well as shots of them interacting with their families and friends throughout the day.

“I take you for more than just my husband,” Cheyanne can be heard saying in a later part of the video.

“I take you for everything you are and all that you’re meant to be. I take you as my best friend. Loving you is my favorite thing and I can’t wait to do it for the rest of my days.”

In a video posted to her TikTok account, Cheyanne shared a sweet moment of her friend and fellow influencer Anna Sitar finding out that she was going to be attending the couple’s wedding.

“Pov we told our friend to mark off a date and wear a black dress and she had no clue she was coming to our wedding,” Cheyanne wrote over the video.

“What she thought was going to be a girls day… @anna x,” Cheyanne wrote in the caption. In the video, another woman holds Sitar’s hand as she tells her that she is going to Gavin and Cheyanne’s wedding. Sitar looks shocked, and later in the clip, Cheyanne shares a moment of Sitar congratulating the couple at the altar.

The watch party festivities included lots of candles, a photo booth, a cart serving up popcorn and heart-shaped cakes displayed on a table covered with black-and-white wedding photos.

One clip — over which Gavin wrote, “One year of loving you” — showed the actor and Cheyanne, a registered nurse and influencer, dancing together at the party.
