*Former Maysville Municipal Court Clerk Jessica Daniels, 48, has been arrested and charged with Computer Trespass, Computer Forgery, and Theft by Taking. In February, the Maysville Police Department requested the GBI Office of Special Investigations to assist with an investigation into missing money from the Municipal Court. The investigation led to Daniels’s arrest on Thursday.
* The GBI has also arrested and charged Haminton Cuadros, 34, Commerce, with three counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. The arrest is the result of an investigation into Cuadros’ online activity that began in November after the GBI received a tip. It led to a search of Cuadros’ home and subsequent arrest. The Banks County Sheriff’s Office, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, and the GBI Regional Investigative Office in Athens assisted with this investigation.
