The regular season has come to a close. And boy was it an awesome way to go out.
Jackson County blew out Habersham Central to win 8-5A, while Buford ran away from Mill Creek to get the 8-6A crown.
In 8-3A, Jefferson outlasted Oconee County, while Cherokee Bluff got the No. 4 seed in an overtime win over East Hall. In 6-3A, Lumpkin County claimed a playoff spot with a win over Pickens, while North Hall finished 10-0 for the first time since 2007.
