Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue this afternoon with an NFC West showdown featuring the San Francisco 49ers visiting the Arizona Cardinals at 4:05 p.m. ET on FOX.
The Cardinals went right back to their losing ways last Sunday, getting blown out by the Seahawks 44-22 to drop their six game in their last seven outings. They at least got a productive day out of running back Emari Demercado and will need more of that if they want to climb back into the NFC playoff hunt.
Below, we’ll go over Bourne’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 11.
Fantasy Football analysis: Cardinals RB Emari Demercado
Demarcado has re-emerged as a top backfield option for the Cardinals over the past few weeks and racked up 64 rushing yards along with 40 receiving yards in last Sunday’s setback against the Seahawks. The third-year back is currently on a redemption arc after last month’s goal line debacle against the Titans and he’s proving to be a reliable hand for the offense with Jacoby Brissett operating the controls at quarterback.
He’s still logging less snaps than fellow backup fill-in Bam Knight, so we’ll see if that changes based last week’s performance.
Start or sit in Week 11?
Sit. Demercado is trending back up as a fantasy option, but the presence of Knight complicates his viability as a starter. He was able to take full advantage of the touches that he got last week, but I need to see him do this more consistently before I’d feel comfortable putting him into my starting lineup.
