Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will continue this afternoon with a rematch of last year’s NFC Divisional round featuring the Detroit Lions visiting the Washington Commanders at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.

The Commanders were torched by the Seahawks in a 38-14 blowout loss last Sunday and with Jayden Daniels suffering a gruesome elbow injury, their season is teetering on collapse. Running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. was the biggest offensive contributor in last week’s loss and we’ll see if he can step it up again this afternoon.

Below, we’ll go over Rodriguez’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 10.

Fantasy Football analysis: Commanders RB Chris Rodriguez Jr.

Rodriguez led the team in rushing last Sunday with 12 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown in last week’s loss. It marked a season-high in rushing for the third-year back out of Kentucky and it was the third time this year where he logged 20+ snaps in a game. He’s still listed as third on the Commanders’ depth chart behind Bill Croskey-Merritt and Jeremy McNichols, so we’ll see if he can make the most of the opportunities that he’ll get.

Sit. I need to see Rodriguez do what he did last week more consistently before I’d give him consideration for my lineup and it’s a tough ask with him as RB3 in Washington. If he does have another quality performance, however, he’ll shoot towards the top of potential waiver wire adds heading into next week.
