Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Hamilton Mill is adding more experience to its clinic with the addition of Carla Price, MD.
Price has worked in the northeast Georgia area for more than two decades.
“I’ve cared for families in this area for pretty much all of my career,” Dr. Price said. “I love building lasting relationships with my neighbors and walking with them through every stage of life, so joining NGPG Hamilton Mill was an easy choice.”
Price earned her medical degree from West Virginia University after earning her undergraduate degree from Denison University. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.
From there, Price landed in northeast Georgia, joining a well-established primary care clinic in Winder in 2002. She worked there for 20 years before opening and growing a new clinic in Jefferson.
Dr. Price’s love of medicine started early on her family’s farm in Fairmont, West Virginia. She would help her grandfather tend to sick cows as a child, acting as a veterinarian and doing research to help out as much as she could.
NGPG Hamilton Mill is open Monday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is located at 3575 Braselton Highway in Dacula.
NGPG is an affiliate of Northeast Georgia Health System.
