As Bill Belichick approaches the final weeks of his first season with the UNC Tar Heels, the football coach took time to support his girlfriend Jordon Hudson in her North Carolina cheerleading debut.
Belichick, 73, was spotted cheering on Hudson, 24, on Sunday, Nov. 15 as she joined Code Black, a competitive cheerleading team based out of Cheer Extreme Raleigh in North Carolina.
A photo of Belichick taken by a fellow attendee at the competition was shared on X on Sunday, showing the Tar Heels coach standing off to the side in a corner as Hudson and her teammates took the mat.
“I didn’t have 73 yo Bill Belichick showing up at a cheer competition to watch his 24 yo gf perform on my 2025 bingo card, but here we are,” the user wrote on X.
Belichick, whose Tar Heels lost to Wake Forest the day prior, sported a grey hoodie as he supported Hudson, who was all done up in her Code Black uniform and cheer competition glam.
Hudson won a national cheerleading championship in 2021 and has seemingly returned to the mat in recent weeks. On Nov. 3, the Bridgewater State alum shared a video of herself cheering with a team on Instagram.
Belichick has long been supportive of his girlfriend, even prior to the couple’s relationship becoming public.
In March 2024, the New York Post spotted Belichick, without identifying Hudson as the reason he was there, at the Coastal at the Capitol cheer and dance event in National Harbor, Maryland, two months before they started making headlines as a couple.
