The 55th annual Atlanta Pride celebration kicks off next week, with the parade scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 12.
The parade begins at noon at the corner of Peachtree and Pine streets, winding through downtown before ending at Piedmont Park. The park will also host vendors, food, live music and performances.
Special guest Bob the Drag Queen, an Atlanta native, will be among the entertainers.
