Crime scene tape blocked a roadway in the Grant Forest Park neighborhood as police investigated a shooting on Friday evening that left at least one person dead.
Police were called to the 1400 block of Grant Forest Circle sometime around 9:30 p.m.
According to the DeKalb County Police Office, officers found one person dead at the scene.
