Connecticut city divided as police officer is charged with manslaughter of black knifeman who was suffering mental health crisis

Former Hartford police officer Joseph Magnano was charged with first-degree manslaughter in connection to the February 27 shooting of Steven Jones, who was wielding a knife out on the street.
