A house in the 7400 block of Dogwood Trail Monday night just before midnight was destroyed by fire – the fourth house in the county to meet such fate Monday. As with the others, there were no injuries.
HCFR NEWS RELEASE:
“Engine 11 arrived first on scene and found heavy fire conditions toward the back of the two-story structure. Crews began interior and exterior attacks on the flames and were able to knock them down.
The fire extended to two vehicles and the surrounding woods but were extinguished upon arrival. The home is a total loss, and two homeowners were accounted for on scene.
The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.”
The cause of the other fires was not immediately known either.
