Mr. Gregg Roger Bell, 61, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.
Born November 2, 1964 in Toccoa, he was the son of Jacqueline Land Bell and the late Grady Rogers Bell.
Gregg was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was retired from 1st Franklin with 29 years of service. He was a hard worker and was self-employed managing numerous properties. Gregg was always quietly helping people, never wanting any recognition or praise. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed fishing. His grandson, Bryer, was his greatest joy.
Family members include his mother, Jackie; his wife, Jan Hicks Bell; his son and daughter-in-law, Logan and Brooke Bell; grandson, Bryer Bell.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 12 noon until 1:45pm Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at two o’clock Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Brandon Crunkleton officiating.
Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.
Jeff Lanier, Chad Sexton, Tony Kelley, Chris Stephens, Steven Smith, Alan Yearwood, Danny Barrett and Terry Dooley will serve as pallbearers.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Youth, 250 Pleasant Grove Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.
