No spring break relief at gas pumps in Gainesville, the state and the country.
AAA reports today’s statewide average for regular is $3.69 up from $3.51 last week. In Gainesville, the price is $3.72 compared to $3.54, and nationwide the price is $3.94, a 28-cents-a-gallon increase.
Gov. Brian Kemp’s suspension of the state gasoline tax last week should bring the average prices in Georgia down by this time next wek.
