Hughes family’s wishes ‘very important,’ DA says, as calls grow to drop charges against students in teacher’s death

District Attorney Lee Darragh says he has been in frequent contact with the family of Jason Hughes and is “well aware of their wishes to have the charges dropped” against the teens arrested in connection with the teacher’s tragic death over the weekend.
