“Heated Rivalry” Star Hudson Williams Details Exactly How He Likes His Body Hair: ‘Trim Your Butt’

Hudson Williams is getting candid about his grooming preferences.

The 24-year-old actor revealed his preferences for male body hair while chatting about doing nude scenes alongside his costar Connor Storrie in Heated Rivalry, on the latest episode of the Shut Up Evan podcast.

Williams revealed that he had a “little shave for down there” to prepare for his onscreen sex scenes on the hockey-romance show, as the “pubes were out.” He also noted that keeping them “well-kempt” was an important rule of his, and something he prefers to see on others as well.  

“I don’t like anyone going hairless,” the actor admitted. “I like something that doesn’t look pre-pubescent or like on a penis, it can look like a naked mole rat pretty quick.”

“So, just keep it going down from your legs, cause if you wear a Speedo, you shouldn’t be able to see it everywhere else. In my opinion, and this is just my opinion,” he added.

Williams also got candid on the podcast when sharing his preferences when it came to body hair in other areas.

“I don’t like treasure trails unless it’s really low or you just have hair everywhere and then it’s fine,” he shared. “This is just on me so — caveat.” 

“And then I like to — not the legs, you know get up in your taint. Bend down, look back. Trim your butt,” he continued. “‘Cause even if you’re not participating in anal sex, it’s just like you don’t want a f—ing trap for your s—, you know?… You just want to clean that shoot.” 

Earlier this month, the Tracker actor opened up to Men’s Health about embracing every part of his body — including the stretch marks he’s gotten from working out.

“… I call them tiger stripes,” he told the outlet. “I’ve always appreciated them on women [and] men. I always thought they looked really cool.”

The actor — who also shared his personal goal with the outlet for looking “bigger, juicier, thicker” and putting on 10 lbs. of muscle — added, “I’m happy for my dimples and ass stretch marks.”

Williams and his Heated Rivalry costar Storrie, 25, have become online sensations after the debut of the TV show, which follows the secret, decade-long romantic relationship between professional hockey players Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.

The pair have since made their debut at the 2026 Golden Globes on Jan. 11. Williams even walked the runway for the DSquared2 show during Men’s Fashion Week in Milan. Storrie and his Heated Rivalry costar François Arnaud were also spotted during Paris Fashion week.
