It’s a Bluey Christmas! Celebrate the holidays Aussie-style with everyone’s favorite dogs from Down Under.
The hit Australian animated series premiered on ABC Kids in October 2018, following the titular Blue Heeler puppy and her adventures with her family, including father Bandit (David McCormack), mother Chilli (Melanie Zanetti) and younger sister Bingo.
Created by Joe Brumm, Bluey has aired two Christmas-themed episodes and several holiday shorts — called “bonus bits” — all of which are available to stream after watching kid-friendly Christmas movies.
Ahead of the long-awaited Bluey film that’s set to arrive in theaters in 2027, revisit these holiday-centric stories featuring the lovable Heeler family.

Series 1: “Verandah Santa”

On “Verandah Santa,” Bluey learns that Santa only visits well-behaved children, which becomes an issue after she becomes agitated with a friend. With the help of her loving parents, Bluey learns the importance of being kindhearted.

Bluey receives a stuffed toy named Bartlebee while celebrating Christmas with her extended family on “Christmas Swim.” When Bluey’s loved ones play too roughly with her new toy during a day at the pool, Aunt Frisky (Claudia O’Doherty) convinces her to give everyone a second chance.
