JEFFERSON, Ga. — The Flowery Branch boys bounced back from their first loss of the season with an 82-64 win over Towers on Monday in the second round game in the Jackson EMC Thanksgiving tournament at The Arena.
The Falcons (6-1) were led by senior Adam Sanders with a game-high 26 points. Junior Remington Akins added in 19 for Branch.
The Falcons next will take on Apalachee for the second time this year in their third and final game of the Thanksgiving tournament on Tuesday. Branch beat the Wildcats 73-60 two weeks ago.
