Welcome to Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season! Last week was fairly chalk-ish in nature, even as it felt like we saw some upsets. For example, the Broncos beat the Chiefs in a point spread upset, but maybe the Chiefs just aren’t quite so good? Denver led the division entering the game and expanded their lead with that win and the Chargers loss to the Jaguars. Similarly, the Panthers were a 3.5-point underdog to Atlanta even though they have a better record. The Panthers sprung the upset and are firmly in the NFC playoff race.
As we head into Week 12, we have some interesting matchups on the schedule. Colts-Chiefs could potentially be a bit of a passing of the torch matchup, but maybe the Chiefs have a little fight left in them? Eagles-Cowboys could be an interesting one as a bit of a last gasp effort by the Cowboys to firm up their playoff chances. Dallas hosts Philly and KC in back-to-back weeks, so this is make-or-break stretch for them.
I’m back with my straight-up picks with confidence levels. I had a nice bounce-back performance last week, finishing 12-3 overall. I was 3-0 with my high confidence picks, 3-1 with my medium confidence picks, and 6-2 with my low confidence picks.
