Several school systems in North Georgia are closing schools on Tuesday due to winter weather conditions.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for parts of the region through 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Now Habersham is closely monitoring the weather and will continue to update this list as needed.

Habersham County Schools
North Georgia Technical College: All campuses
Rabun County Schools: Closed to students and staff. 12-month employees should report to work at 10 a.m. if safe to do so.
Tallulah Falls School
Towns County Schools: At-home learning day
Union County Schools: At-home learning day

Gilmer County Schools: 1-hour delay
Rabun Gap Nacoochee School: Upper School classes will begin at 10 a.m. No morning bus to Highlands.
Early Release
Dawson County Schools: Early release was already scheduled for Veterans Day. Elementary Schools release at 12:30 p.m., middle, junior high, and high schools release at 12 p.m. The school district is monitoring the weather and may announce additional schedule changes.

Lumpkin County Board of Education meeting rescheduled for Wednesday at 6 pm.
