The Dragons must replace three All-Region players. That’s a tough starting block. The good news is Clay Owen is back, and he was the 3-point champion last season. A lot hinges on him, and several playmakers that will be late arrivals with a hopeful deep playoff run in football. As is usually the case, Jefferson will get some underclassmen plenty of minutes until then, and they’ll be playing their peak ball near the end of the season.
