Being a WaterFirst community demonstrates Forsyth County’s commitment to excellence in responsible water stewardship, planning, management and conservation among other areas.

“We are proud to be recognized and commended by Gov. Kemp for the hard work the County’s water and sewer professionals put in every day to ensure clean, reliable and well-managed water infrastructure is available to our residents,” said Department of Water & Sewer Director Scott Adams. “We value and recognize the many partnerships that help make our water system one of the state’s best.”
