Hello and welcome to the Week 10 waiver wire watch!

Another weekend of NFL action is mostly in the books and we’re officially at the halfway point of the 2025 regular season. There were many impressive quarterback performances over the weekend and a few of them are still sitting on the waiver wire waiting to be scooped up.

We’ll go over some performers that you should consider scooping off the waiver wire ahead of Week 10 and as always, we’ll classify a waiver add as someone who is rostered in 60% of leagues at the max.

Week 10 byes: Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans

Sam Darnold, QB, Seattle Seahawks (38.5%)

Darnold was dealing on Sunday night, carving up the Commanders 38-14 to notch the Seahawks their third straight victory. The veteran earned 28.2 fantasy points for the week and was nearly flawless, racking 330 passing yards and four touchdowns with an interception being the only blemish on what was an otherwise dominant effort. You probably haven’t realized it yet, but Darnold is putting together a season where he’s top-five in several stats including leading all QB’s in success rate and yards per attempt.

And yet, he’s rostered in less than 40% of fantasy leagues and is just sitting there on the waiver wire in most leagues. If you need a QB at the midway point of the season, Darnold would be an absolute steal that could boost you into the postseason.

Week 10 matchup: vs. Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 p.m. ET

Michael Penix Jr., QB, Atlanta Falcons (17.1%)

A missed field goal late cost the Falcons in a 24-23 loss to the Patriots on Sunday and with three straight losses, their playoff hopes are starting to slip sway. But Penix at least had a solid effort in his return from a knee injury, throwing for 221 yards and three touchdowns to the tune of 22.7 fantasy points for the week. The second-year QB has started to settle in after an uneven start to the season, throwing for 712 yards, five touchdowns, and no interceptions over his last three starts.

Penix and the Falcons will go overseas next Sunday to battle the Colts in Germany, a must-win game for the young signal-caller. If you think that he can step up in this high-stakes situation, he’ll most likely be available on your waiver wire this week.

Week 10 matchup: vs. Indianapolis Colts, 9:30 a.m. ET (Berlin game)

Mac Jones, QB, San Francisco 49ers (8.1%)

Jones continues to carry the 49ers along while Brock Purdy nurses his turf toe injury and he threw for 235 yards and two touchdowns in their 34-24 victory over the Giants on Sunday. Solid is the simplest word to describe what the fifth-year veteran has done in his seven starts this season, averaging 16.1 fantasy points per game while keeping the Niners right in the mix of a competitive race for the NFC West title.

Purdy’s status is still up in the air and we’ll see when he’ll actually be ready to return to the field. But in the meantime, they’ll be in good hands with McCorkle starting.

Week 10 matchup: vs. Los Angeles Rams, 4:25 p.m. ET

Joe Flacco, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (45.9%)

Flacco-mania is running wild brother! The 40-year-old QB threw for a career-high 470 yards with four touchdowns and two picks against the Bears on Sunday, leading a frantic fourth-quarter comeback that seemingly secured a victory for Cincy. Unfortunately for him, his defense can’t stop anyone and immediately after his last-minute touchdown, they allowed Caleb Williams to hit Colston Loveland for a 58-yard go-ahead score to doom the Bengals to a 47-42 defeat. Brutal.

Still, the Super Bowl 47 MVP has been on point since arriving to Cincinnati last month and he’s correctly feeding Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins as much as possible. The Bengals are off on a bye this week, but it’d be worth stashing the veteran away if you need QB help for the second half of the season.

Week 10 matchup: Bye week
