CLEVELAND, Ga. — The White County Grand Jury handed down 34 indictments during its October term.
42-year-old Jason Alan Hrdlicka of Cleveland is among those indicted. White County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hrdlick on April 14 on multiple charges, including:
- two counts of obstructing law enforcement officers;
- two counts of aggravated assault against a peace officer;
- aggravated assault;
- violation of a family violence order;
- two counts of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree;
- fleeing or attempting to elude police;
- no insurance;
- failure to maintain lane;
- safety belt violation (adult);
- speeding in excess of maximum limits;
- DUI;
- expired registration;
- driving while license suspended or revoked (misdemeanor).
The jury, after hearing evidence presented to them, voted against indicting Ashanti Renee Cantrell on aggravated assault charges.
