The Toccoa City Commission passed the Mayor’s Reading Club Proclamation at their meeting on Monday, May 11. Toccoa Mayor Evan Hellenga reads the proclamation.
The first Mayor’s Reading Club event is today, May 12, at 11 a.m. at the Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library, which is located at 53 West Savannah Street in Toccoa.
