Mr. Ronald Robert “Robbie” Green, Jr., age 53, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at his home.
Born December 29, 1972 in Toccoa, he was the son of Ronald Robert Green, Sr. and Cheryl Sturgess Green.
Robbie was the co-owner with his father of Green Construction Services, Inc.  He was also a Christian and attended First Alliance Church in Toccoa.
Family members include his wife, Julie Juanita Smith Green, of Toccoa; children, Allyson Belle Green, Ethan Robert Green and Colton Truett Green; parents, Ronald & Cheryl Green, Sr.; sister, Amy Lee (Randy); mother-in-law, Patricia Joyce Smith; brothers-in-law, Matthew Norman Smith and Daniel Stewart; and nieces and nephews, Ondi Smith, Zane Smith, Avery Smith, Jared Stewart, Callie Coleman, Stephen Lee, Jared Lee and Tanner Lee.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Lamar Truett Smith, and his sister-in-law, Lara Patricia Stewart.
Robbie was a wonderful son, devoted husband, caring father, and fierce friend. He lived life with passion, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved most. He loved adventure and time spent with his family. Robbie grew up playing soccer, and he carried his enthusiasm for the game throughout his life. He loved playing soccer with his children, as well as cheering them on as they played at Stephens County High School and throughout Rapids travel ball. Robbie even coached both of his sons’ soccer teams for many years. He loved being outside, working on his farm, fixing and building with Green Construction Services Inc., and creating fun for his children, family, and friends. No project was too challenging, and he approached every task with skill, creativity, and perseverance. Robbie always wanted to have a good time. He loved going to the lake, taking his family on boat rides, and spending time on the water. He enjoyed snowboarding and taught his children. His adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life were contagious. Robbie was determined, driven, ambitious, adventurous, fun, caring, loyal, God-fearing, humorous, hardworking, and talented. He cared deeply for his wife and children and loved his animals. Robbie’s legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the memories he created. Anyone who knew Robbie knew he genuinely cared about people and had friends who were devoted to him. He will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Thursday, June 4, 2026.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 5, 2026 at two o’clock at First Alliance Church with Dr. Ferrell Towns officiating.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Ethan R. Green, Colton T. Green, Stephen Lee, Jared Lee, Tanner Lee, Avery Smith and Zane Smith.
