*The Georgia Republican Assembly Main Home – The Georgia Republican Assembly is hosting an Election Integrity meeting in Gainesville next week. It will be held Jan. 6 at the American Legion on Riverside Drive and will feature Election Integrity Analyst Joe Rossi. Pre-registration is required and must be made by 6:00 p.m. Jan. 2.
*A fire west of Gainesville Sunday afternoon was confined to an outbuilding, according to Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR). It happened on Looper Lake Road.
